Question: Do we need to clear out the room(s) before you come?

Answer: Yes, all items must be removed including all fragile objects e.g. ornaments etc. Larger items such as sofas, units can stay. All large items will be covered by sheeting. The site will be cleared of any rubbish etc on completion.

Question: Do we need to supply anything?

Answer: Yes, I need access to cold/warm water, a nice cup of tea and a friendly smile.

Question: How do we choose our pattern?

Answer: Patterns can be demonstrated on ceilings if required.

Question: How long does it take to dry?

Answer: Drying times vary, but allow 48 hours before being emulsioned. Ventilation is better than heat so it's wise to turn any radiators off during the drying period.

Question: Do we emulsion after coving and artexing?

Answer: Yes, I recommend all coving, walls and ceilings must be emulsioned.

Question: Will it get rid of the cracks in my ceiling?

Answer: Yes, all cracks are taped which is normal procedure to stop them reappearing. Any large repairs will be identified and repaired before artexing. Please inform us of any such repairs when receiving a quote over the phone.
